摘要

针对传统针梁台车仰拱衬砌质量差、效率低等问题,设计了基于滑模式铰耳连接针梁全圆衬砌台车,在常规针梁台车的基础上,将一套仰拱滑模装置安装在针梁框下方,包括弧形滑轨、滑模式模板、滑模油缸以及卷扬机,实现模板沿着滑轨不断上升浇注仰拱的目的,并与其上面的铰接式侧顶模精确连接在一起,形成没有纵缝的一体化衬砌。介绍了这种台车的设计形式、使用方法以及受力情况及其施工技术,在实际中取得了较好的效果,能够有效提高仰拱的衬砌质量和作业效率,具有重要应用价值。

Abstract

To address issues such as poor quality and low efficiency in traditional needle-beam formwork trolleys for arch lining, a full-circumference formwork trolley based on a sliding-mode hinge connection was designed. Building upon conventional needle-beam trolleys, this system incorporates a sliding-form mechanism beneath the beam frame, comprising an arc-shaped guide rail, a sliding-form template, hydraulic cylinders, and a winch. This configuration enables continuous vertical movement of the template along the rail for arch lining pouring while ensuring precise alignment with the hinged side form above, resulting in a seamless integrated lining without longitudinal joints. The paper details the design specifications, operational procedures, load distribution, and construction techniques of this trolley, which have demonstrated significant practical effectiveness in enhancing both arch lining quality and work efficiency, making it highly valuable for engineering applications.
