摘要

随着我国轨道交通行业逐渐向规模化、网络化、智能化转型,对轨道车辆的运行安全、运维效率及舒适性要求不断提高,长量程传感器作为可准确检测轨道车辆和线路状态的“神经末梢”,应用范围更加广泛,技术水平也在不断升级。本文主要简述了长量程传感器的类型与特点,结合轨道车辆关键系统开展详细介绍长量程传感器具体应用场景、实施方式以及应用成效等相关内容,并简单地指出当前应用中存在的问题并给出相应改进措施,未来发展趋势将会是长量程传感器进一步拓宽应用领域和技术创新的有益思考,有利于推动轨道交通行业高质量发展。

Abstract

As China’s rail transit industry gradually transitions toward large-scale, networked, and intelligent development, the requirements for operational safety, maintenance efficiency, and comfort of rail vehicles continue to rise. Long-range sensors, serving as the “nerve endings” capable of accurately detecting the status of rail vehicles and tracks, have seen increasingly widespread applications and continuous technological advancements. This paper briefly outlines the types and characteristics of long-range sensors, followed by an in-depth introduction to their specific application scenarios, implementation methods, and effectiveness in key rail vehicle systems. It also briefly identifies current challenges in their application and proposes corresponding improvement measures. The future development trend will involve further expanding the application fields of long-range sensors and fostering technological innovation, which will contribute to the high-quality development of the rail transit industry.
