摘要

本文主要围绕智慧广电建设新形势，结合工作实际，就强化安全播出保障工作对落实技术运维工作的一些理解与思考。以及适应智慧运维建设新形势，依托广播电视监控大数据安播系统建设，筑牢智慧运维底座，紧跟“智慧广电+公共服务”未来发展趋势。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the new landscape of smart broadcasting and television development, drawing on practical experience to explore insights and considerations regarding strengthening safety broadcasting safeguards and implementing technical operation and maintenance tasks. It also addresses adapting to the evolving demands of smart operation and maintenance by leveraging the big data-based broadcasting monitoring system to solidify the foundational framework, thereby aligning with the future trend of “smart broadcasting and television + public services.”
