发射台站网络安全防护与运维管理深度融合架构及实践应用研究
Research on the Deep Integration Architecture and Practical Application of Network Security Protection and Operation Management for Transmission Stations
针对以安全播出为首要核心任务的内网运行场景,以及重保期对高可靠性、高连续性的严苛需求,本文构建感知层—融合层—应用层三层深度耦合的体系架构。将防火墙、网络审计、办公自动化、运行调度、视频监控等业务系统及网络网元设备产生的多源遥测数据,依托标准化事件模型与时序数据管道完成全域汇聚,搭建以提升风险挖掘效率、压缩应急处置时延为核心的跨系统协同闭环治理框架。实践结果证实,该分层融合架构能够在重保期内,兼顾系统运行高稳定性与突发事件快速处置能力,同时具备全流程可审计、操作行为可溯源的闭环管控效能。
For internal network operation scenarios where secure broadcasting is the primary core task, and given the stringent requirements for high reliability and continuity during critical protection periods, this paper proposes a three-tiered deeply coupled architecture comprising the perception layer, fusion layer, and application layer. It aggregates multi-source telemetry data generated by various business systems—including firewalls, network auditing, office automation, operational scheduling, and video surveillance—as well as network element devices, utilizing standardized event models and time-series data pipelines. This establishes a cross-system collaborative closed-loop governance framework focused on enhancing risk detection efficiency and reducing emergency response latency. Practical results demonstrate that this layered fusion architecture effectively balances high system stability with rapid emergency response capabilities during critical protection periods, while ensuring comprehensive auditability across the entire process and traceability of operational actions.
