生活饮用水中细菌总数与游离氯的相关性研究
Study on the Correlation Between Total Bacterial Count and Free Chlorine in Drinking Water
为明确生活饮用水细菌指标与游离氯的关联及水质影响因素,对455个样本的细菌总数及5项理化指标进行检测分析。结果显示:游离氯达标(≥0.05mg/L)并非细菌合格的绝对保障,达标组超标率2.12%,其中0.05-0.30mg/L区间超标率4.46%,>0.3mg/L时零超标;未达标组超标率16.1%,是达标组7.6倍,枯水期风险更高;二次供水细菌总数均值(23.27 CFU/mL)、超标率(3.45%)最高,出厂水最优;细菌总数与游离氯呈极显著负相关(r=-0.310),与浊度、铁、耗氧量呈显著弱正相关。研究纠正“游离氯达标则细菌必合格”的认知,为饮用水安全精准管控提供依据。
To clarify the correlation between total bacterial count and free chlorine in drinking water, 455 samples were analyzed. Meeting the free chlorine standard ( ≥ 0.05mg/L) did not guarantee qualified bacteria, with 2.12% exceeding the standard in the qualified group. The rate reached 4.46% at 0.05-0.30mg/L and zero above 0.3mg/L. The unqualified group (16.1%) was 7.6 times higher, especially in dry season. Secondary water supply had the highest bacterial count (23.27 CFU/mL) and exceeding rate (3.45%). Total bacterial count was significantly negatively correlated with free chlorine (r=-0.310), and weakly positively correlated with turbidity, iron and oxygen consumption. The study provides data for precise drinking water management.
