摘要
中波发射机是广播信号传输的硬件载体,运行稳定直接影响到信号播出质量及传输连续性,传统的人工值守运维模式存在故障发现滞后、处置效率低、人力成本高、异地管控乏力等固有的缺陷,不能满足现代广播传输高效化、精细化管控的要求,自动化监控和远程运维技术的深度落地,可以打破时空限制,实现发射机全工况实时感知、故障智能研判、远程精准调控,系统依靠多维度参数采集、集中数据处理、远程指令交互、安全防护闭环等主要模块创建起完整的技木架构,针对发射机运行特性改良监测逻辑和运维流程,促使发射台由人工现场值守转向无人值守、被动检修转向主动预判的模式转变,依照实际应用场合的技术适配和流程改进,可以明显加快故障响应速度,削减运维损耗,加强系统运行可靠性,弥补传统运维模式的主要缺陷,给中波广播传输系统智能化升级赋予可行的技术途径。
Abstract
Medium-wave transmitters serve as the hardware carriers for broadcasting signal transmission, and their stable operation directly affects signal broadcast quality and transmission continuity. Traditional manual on-site operation and maintenance models have inherent shortcomings, such as delayed fault detection, low handling efficiency, high labor costs, and limited remote management capability, which cannot meet the requirements of efficient and precise control in modern broadcasting transmission. The deep implementation of automated monitoring and remote operation and maintenance technologies can overcome spatial and temporal limitations, enabling real-time perception of the transmitter’s entire operating conditions, intelligent fault diagnosis, and precise remote control. The system establishes a complete technical architecture through key modules, including multidimensional parameter acquisition, centralized data processing, remote command interaction, and security protection closed-loop. By improving monitoring logic and operation and maintenance processes according to the transmitter’s operational characteristics, it facilitates a shift from manual on-site monitoring to unattended operation and from passive repairs to proactive prediction. With technical adaptation and process improvement based on actual application scenarios, this approach can significantly accelerate fault response, reduce operation and maintenance losses, enhance system operational reliability, address the main shortcomings of traditional operation and maintenance models, and provide a feasible technical path for the intelligent upgrading of medium-wave broadcasting transmission systems.
