摘要
为了促进油渣资源的高效开发和利用,通过对油渣的检测,系统分析其物理性质、化学组成及微观结构特征。结果表明,该油渣样品具有复杂的成分体系,含水分4.5~5.5%,蛋白质41.5~42%,游离氨基酸0.3~0.4%,组成包括天冬氨酸等18种,脂肪酸及脂肪酸酯类51.0~51.5%,组成包括十八碳酸等28种,磷酸盐0.8~1.2%,氯化钾0.4~0.6%,磷酸钙0.20~0.25%。样品中存在多种甘油酯类化合物、烯烃、含氮化合物、脂肪酸及脂肪酸酯类等物质的片段信息。综上,油渣中所含成分复杂多样,营养价值高,应用价值广泛。
Abstract
To promote the efficient development and utilization of oil residue resources, the physical properties, chemical composition and microstructure characteristics of oil residue were systematically analyzed through its detection. The results show that the oil residue sample has a complex component system, containing 4.5-5.5% moisture, 41.5-42% protein, 0.3-0.4% free amino acids, consisting of 18 kinds including aspartic acid, 51.0-51.5% fatty acids and fatty acid esters, consisting of 28 kinds including octadecanoic acid, 0.8-1.2% phosphate, 0.4-0.6% potassium chloride, and 0.20-0.25% calcium phosphate. The sample contains fragment information of various substances such as glycerides, olefins, nitrogen-containing compounds, fatty acids and fatty acid esters. In conclusion, the detection results can provide a scientific basis for in-depth discussion on the potential application values of oil residue in the fields of food, feed, chemical industry and so on.
