摘要

电站锅炉焊缝完整性是电力设备安全运行的核心保障,无损检测是把控焊缝质量的关键技术。相控阵超声检测与衍射时差法为锅炉焊缝探伤主流技术,二者原理特性与工况适配能力差异显著。锅炉焊缝结构复杂,长期服役于高温、高压、介质冲刷的恶劣工况,易导致检测信号衰减、杂波干扰,严重影响检测精准度与稳定性。两种技术协同应用可优势互补,有效提升锅炉焊缝检测可靠性,协同提升电站锅炉焊缝整体检测可靠性。

Abstract

The integrity of power station boiler welds is a core guarantee for the safe operation of power equipment, and non-destructive testing is the key technology for controlling weld quality. Phased array ultrasonic testing and time-of-flight diffraction are the mainstream techniques for boiler weld inspection, with significant differences in their operating principles, characteristics, and adaptability to working conditions. Boiler weld structures are complex and serve long-term under harsh conditions involving high temperature, high pressure, and medium erosion, which can easily cause signal attenuation and clutter interference, severely affecting detection accuracy and stability. The synergistic application of these two techniques can complement each other’s strengths, effectively improving the reliability of boiler weld inspection and collectively enhancing the overall inspection reliability of power station boiler welds.
