煤矿综采工作面开采工艺现状及优化研究
Current Status and Optimization Research on Mining Technology for Comprehensive Mining Faces in Coal Mines
综采工作面是煤矿高效开采的核心生产单元,其开采工艺水平决定矿井产量和安全保障。本文对综采工作面开采工艺技术现状进行了系统的梳理,主要对采煤机割煤、液压支架支护、刮板输送机运输三大工艺环节运行特点和技术瓶颈进行了分析。针对复杂地质条件下适应性差、设备协同性差、智能化程度低等问题,提出采煤工艺参数动态优化、液压支架支护结构改进、智能化开采技术综合应用等优化策略,为煤矿安全高效开采提供理论依据。
The fully mechanized mining face serves as the core production unit for efficient coal mining, with its mining technology level determining both mine output and safety assurance. This paper provides a systematic review of the current state of mining technology for fully mechanized faces, focusing on analyzing the operational characteristics and technical bottlenecks of three key processes: coal cutting by shearer, hydraulic support reinforcement, and scraper conveyor transportation. Addressing challenges such as poor adaptability under complex geological conditions, inadequate equipment coordination, and low levels of automation, the study proposes optimization strategies—including dynamic parameter tuning for mining processes, improvements to hydraulic support structures, and integrated application of intelligent mining technologies—to provide a theoretical foundation for safe and efficient coal mining operations.
