摘要

在“双碳”目标不断推进的背景下,居住区景观属于城市生态系统的重要部分,其低碳化转型成了改良人居环境质量、推进城市可持续发展的重要途径。传统居住区景观设计普遍存在着绿地碳汇能力弱、材料选型高碳、雨水及能源利用效率低等问题,造成整个生态效能以及碳减排贡献不大。根据低碳发展理念,从景观系统结构改良、空间组织重构两个方面入手,研究居住区景观在规划、设计、技术应用等各方面的协同改良途径。融合慢行系统和微气候调节设计,对空间布局实行低碳重构,形成高效、绿色、可持续的居住区景观体系。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of advancing the “dual carbon” goals, residential area landscapes serve as a vital component of urban ecosystems, with their low-carbon transformation emerging as a crucial pathway to improving human living environments and promoting urban sustainable development. Traditional residential landscape designs often exhibit issues such as weak carbon sequestration capacity of green spaces, high-carbon material selection, and low efficiency in rainwater and energy utilization, resulting in limited overall ecological performance and carbon emission reduction contributions. Based on the low-carbon development concept, this study explores synergistic improvement approaches for residential landscapes across planning, design, and technical applications, focusing on two aspects: landscape system structure optimization and spatial organization reconstruction. By integrating slow traffic systems and microclimate regulation designs, spatial layouts undergo low-carbon restructuring, forming an efficient, green, and sustainable residential landscape system.
