摘要

铁路外部环境中的危树隐患具有分布广、成因多、风险变化快等特点,目前的排查标准在实际操作中存在分类不清晰、评价指标单一、台账更新慢等问题,不能适应高速铁路和普速铁路并线运营的要求。从危树风险特征的机理入手,对地面人工巡查和无人机航测联合排查模式的技术路线进行梳理,建立树木健康状况评价及GIS动态分级的全面排查体系,在治理上给出不同的处置办法和跨部门协同的长期控制机制,给铁路外部环境危树治理给予可行的系统参照。

Abstract

Hazardous trees in railway environments exhibit characteristics such as widespread distribution, diverse causes, and rapidly changing risks. Current inspection standards face practical challenges including ambiguous classification criteria, limited evaluation metrics, and slow record updates, making them inadequate for the coexistence requirements of high-speed and conventional railways. By analyzing the underlying mechanisms of hazardous tree risks, this study outlines a technical framework integrating ground-based manual inspections with drone aerial surveys. It establishes a comprehensive inspection system for evaluating tree health status and implementing GIS-based dynamic classification, while proposing tailored mitigation strategies and cross-departmental collaborative long-term control mechanisms—providing a practical systematic reference for hazardous tree management in railway environments.
