摘要

化工园区泄漏起火事故演化快、危害交织、处置窗口期短,传统经验式应急模式,难以应对复杂工艺单元与密集储罐区的处置需求。针对泄漏源定位慢、热辐射阻碍救援、消防废水收集能力不足、多方应急协同不畅等难题,本文结合事故类型、演变规律与现场处置痛点展开分析,提出无线传感器阵列快速溯源、消防机器人无人作业、三级废水拦截、多源数据融合应急指挥平台等改进方案,可为提升化工园区安全应急韧性提供技术参考。

Abstract

Chemical industrial park leaks and fires are characterized by rapid evolution, complex hazards, and a short response window. Traditional experiential emergency approaches struggle to meet the demands of managing complex process units and densely packed storage tank areas. Addressing challenges such as slow leak source localization, thermal radiation hindering rescue operations, insufficient firefighting wastewater collection capacity, and inadequate multi-party emergency coordination, this paper analyzes accident types, evolution patterns, and field operation challenges. It proposes improvement solutions including wireless sensor array-based rapid traceability, unmanned firefighting robot operations, three-tier wastewater interception systems, and multi-source data fusion emergency command platforms, providing technical references for enhancing safety resilience in chemical industrial parks.
