冶金烧结过程中固体燃料类型与配比对烧结矿质量的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Solid Fuel Types and Ratios on Sintered Mine Quality During Metallurgical Sintering Process
传统冶金烧结过程中常使用焦粉、无烟煤等固体燃料,当然,包括兰炭、生物质燃料等新型固体燃料,这些材料作为替代材料备受关注。文中从冶金烧结过程中的固体燃料类型展开讨论,然后重点介绍其燃料配比情况,研究其对烧结矿质量所产生的具体影响。例如燃料配比、燃料粒度以及各项工艺参数。最终,总结并优化冶金烧结生产环境与技术内容,不断丰富固体燃料类型,提高配比对烧结矿质量水平,有效降低日常生产成本,减少排放污染所造成的负面影响。
Traditional metallurgical sintering processes commonly employ solid fuels such as coke powder and anthracite, while emerging alternatives including blue carbon and biomass fuels have garnered significant attention as viable substitutes. This paper first examines the types of solid fuels used in metallurgical sintering, then focuses on their fuel composition ratios and their specific impacts on sinter quality—including factors such as fuel ratio, particle size, and process parameters. Finally, it summarizes and optimizes the production environment and technical aspects of metallurgical sintering, aiming to diversify solid fuel options, enhance sinter quality through optimized ratios, reduce operational costs, and mitigate the adverse effects of emission pollution.
