摘要
煤矿井下机电设备的工作环境非常恶劣,设备种类繁杂,连续作业时间长,对于状态感知、故障诊断、安全预警的要求也越来越高。本文主要研究煤矿井下机电设备智能化监测系统的应用,主要从供电、运输、通风、排水等设备的监测内容入手,对传感采集、通信传输、数据分析、预警联动在井下设备运维中的作用进行阐述。在此基础上,从完善传感终端布设、加强通信网络覆盖、建立设备健康评价模型、提高故障诊断精度、推进平台联动控制、健全智能运维机制等方面提出发展途径,以提高煤矿安全生产水平。
Abstract
The working environment of underground electrical equipment in coal mines is extremely harsh, with a wide variety of equipment types and long continuous operation time. The requirements for status perception, fault diagnosis, and safety warning are also increasing. This paper mainly studies the application of the intelligent monitoring system for underground electrical equipment in coal mines. It starts from the monitoring contents of power supply, transportation, ventilation, and drainage equipment, and elaborates on the roles of sensor collection, communication transmission, data analysis, and warning linkage in the operation and maintenance of underground equipment. On this basis, development approaches are proposed from aspects such as improving the layout of sensor terminals, strengthening communication network coverage, establishing equipment health evaluation models, improving fault diagnosis accuracy, promoting platform linkage control, and perfecting the intelligent operation and maintenance mechanism, in order to improve the safety level of coal mine production.
