摘要

广播无线电传播作为公共文化服务和社会舆论的重要载体,其安全播出是整个产业运作的最基本要求。传统的运维模式依靠24小时的人力进行维护,具有发现滞后、维护成本高、隐患预测能力差、管理分散的站点管理困难等问题,已经不能满足新时代高质量发展的需要。基于此,本文立足广播节目无线传输的运维场景特性,构建三大核心功能,搭建无人值守保障体系,并结合地市级发射台实践案例验证应用成效。以期为行业内相关人员提供参考。

Abstract

As a vital carrier of public cultural services and social discourse, the secure broadcasting of radio programs constitutes the most fundamental requirement for the entire industry’s operation. Traditional maintenance models rely on round-the-clock human intervention, suffering from issues such as delayed detection, high maintenance costs, poor potential risk prediction capabilities, and fragmented site management, which no longer meet the demands of high-quality development in the new era. Based on this, this paper addresses the operational characteristics of radio program wireless transmission by establishing three core functions and developing an unmanned maintenance system, while validating its effectiveness through practical cases at municipal-level transmission stations, aiming to provide references for professionals in the field.
