摘要

筛分分选设备乃是原煤分级、物料提纯、粒度调控的核心工艺装备,长期处于高粉尘、强振动、变载荷的恶劣作业环境,机电耦合故障高发、隐性隐患存续周期长、停机故障率偏高,直接制约洗选工艺稳定性与原煤提质效率。传统故障排查依赖人工经验研判,存在故障定位滞后、诱因分析片面、处置标准化不足等行业共性问题。基于此,本文结合洗煤厂筛分分选设备结构机理与工况特性,梳理适配现场工况的分层排查技术路径,提出适配洗选现场的智能化改造方案,为同类筛分装备故障治理、运维提质、智能升级提供助力。

Abstract

Screening and sorting equipment is the core process equipment for raw coal grading, material purification, and particle size control. It has long been operating in harsh environments with high dust, strong vibration, and variable loads, resulting in a high incidence of electromechanical coupling faults, long-lasting hidden risks, and relatively high downtime rates, which directly restrict the stability of the washing process and the efficiency of raw coal quality improvement. Traditional fault troubleshooting relies on manual experience judgment, which has common industry problems such as delayed fault localization, one-sided cause analysis, and inadequate standardization of handling measures. Based on this, this paper combines the structural mechanism and working condition characteristics of screening and sorting equipment in coal washing plants, sorts out a hierarchical troubleshooting technical path suitable for on-site working conditions, and proposes an intelligent upgrading plan suited for the washing site, providing support for fault management, operation and maintenance quality improvement, and intelligent upgrading of similar screening equipment.
