电子工程技术在公租房智能门锁控制中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Electronic Engineering Technology in the Control System of Smart Locks for Public Rental Housing
公租房具有保障属性和集中运营特征,住户流动、合同变更、钥匙交接、空置房监管等事项均会影响日常管理效率。传统机械锁依赖人工登记和现场换锁,难以同步租赁期限、入住人员身份和异常出入记录。随着嵌入式控制、无线通信、身份识别和低功耗电源技术进入住宅门锁场景,公租房门锁已由单一开闭装置转向可授权、可记录、可告警、可维护的前端控制节点。围绕电子工程技术在公租房智能门锁控制中的实际应用进行研究,有助于形成适合基层住房保障部门和管理单位使用的门锁控制方案。
Public rental housing possesses both social security attributes and centralized operational characteristics. Factors such as tenant mobility, contract modifications, key handovers, and vacancy monitoring significantly impact daily management efficiency. Traditional mechanical locks rely on manual registration and on-site lock replacement, making it difficult to synchronize lease terms, tenant identities, and abnormal access records. With the integration of embedded control systems, wireless communication technologies, identity verification solutions, and low-power power supply technologies into residential door locking systems, public rental housing door locks have evolved from simple opening/closing devices into intelligent front-end control nodes capable of authorization, recording, alarm triggering, and maintenance. Research focusing on the practical application of electronic engineering technologies in smart door lock systems for public rental housing will facilitate the development of tailored lock control solutions suitable for grassroots housing security authorities and management units.
