一种船舶消防探火员模拟训练装置设计与实现

Design and Implementation of a Simulation Training Device for Marine Fire and Firefighter Personnel

摘要

船舶消防对保证人员生命、财产安全和航运业的稳定发展起着非常重要的作用，探火员是船舶火灾应急处置的主要力量，探火员训练的好坏直接影响到火灾的应对能力。但是目前船舶探火员训练方式存在着成本高、风险大、场景有限等弊端。因此本文主要设计出基于西门子1200PLC的船舶消防探火员模拟训练系统，提高训练效果、降低训练成本、保证训练安全。本系统采用以1200PLC为系统的中心系统架构，用传感器选型与布置、执行机构的设计、软件编程等方式来完成火灾场景模拟、设备操作、训练流程控制等功能。经过测试，系统可以模拟真实的火灾场景，提高受训人员对消防联动设备的操作熟练程度和应急反应能力，为船舶消防模拟训练技术的发展打下了理论基础。

Abstract

Ship fire protection plays a vital role in safeguarding human lives and property as well as ensuring the stable development of the shipping industry. Fire explorers constitute the primary force in emergency fire response on vessels, and their training quality directly impacts firefighting effectiveness. However, current training methods for ship fire explorers suffer from drawbacks such as high costs, significant risks, and limited scenario coverage. This paper proposes a simulation training system for ship fire explorers based on the Siemens 1200 PLC to enhance training efficacy, reduce costs, and ensure safety. The system employs the 1200 PLC as its central architecture, utilizing sensor selection and deployment, actuator design, and software programming to simulate fire scenarios, control equipment operations, and manage training procedures. Tests demonstrate that the system accurately replicates real fire environments, improving trainees’ proficiency with fire suppression systems and emergency response capabilities, thereby establishing a theoretical foundation for advancements in ship fire simulation training technology.
