摘要

汽车座舱舒适性需求的不断提升,使座椅加热/通风已成为乘用车的基本配置。现有汽车座椅电控系统普遍采取的是分体式结构,这种结构带来了硬件冗余、布线烦琐、功能控制分散、功耗较大以及故障率较高等问题,不利于整车轻量化和集成化的发展趋势。优化后的座椅加热通风系统实现了在加热与通风上的共用硬件资源,并协调控制,使车辆线路更加简洁、减少了硬件冗余带来的浪费,提高了座椅温度调控稳定性与反应速度,增强了系统的抗干扰能力和汽车匹配适应性,有助于指导汽车座椅舒适电器控制系统升级换代的实用参考。

Abstract

The growing demand for automotive cabin comfort has made seat heating and ventilation essential features in passenger vehicles. Existing electric control systems for vehicle seats predominantly employ a modular design, which leads to issues such as hardware redundancy, complex wiring, decentralized function control, high power consumption, and elevated failure rates—factors that hinder the trend toward vehicle lightweighting and integration. The optimized seat heating and ventilation system achieves shared hardware resources for both functions through coordinated control, simplifying vehicle wiring, reducing waste caused by hardware redundancy, enhancing temperature regulation stability and response speed, improving system immunity to interference, and boosting compatibility with vehicle systems. This provides valuable insights for upgrading automotive seat comfort control systems.
