摘要

汽车座椅异响作为乘用车常见的机电类故障,具有难以排查、异响复现不可靠及整改彻底性差等问题,影响驾乘舒适性与用户体验感,是整车售后投诉的重灾区。本文基于机电一体化思想,结合座椅机械机构、电控驱动装置、装配工艺以及使用工况,对汽车座椅异响核心故障类型进行系统分析梳理,突破原有单人凭经验主观排查模式,提出针对性精细化排查手段,并在结构优化设计、配件替换升级、装配工艺优化、ECU程序适配等方面提供可操作性强的改进方案,为车企生产装配、售后维修故障处理提供实用的技术指导。

Abstract

Automotive seat noise, as a common electromechanical fault in passenger vehicles, presents challenges such as difficulty in diagnosis, unreliable recurrence of noise, and inadequate resolution effectiveness, adversely affecting driving comfort and user experience, making it a major source of after-sales complaints. Based on the principles of mechatronics and considering the seat’s mechanical structure, electronic control systems, assembly processes, and operating conditions, this paper systematically analyzes the core fault types associated with automotive seat noise. It moves beyond the traditional subjective diagnostic approach relying solely on individual experience, proposes targeted and refined troubleshooting methods, and offers actionable improvement strategies covering structural optimization design, component replacement and upgrading, assembly process refinement, and ECU program adaptation, providing practical technical guidance for manufacturers’ production assembly and after-sales fault resolution.
