摘要

无缝钢管广泛应用于油气输送、海洋工程、机械制造与基建行业,壁厚精度关乎品质、安全及使用寿命。国内连轧管机组多配套离线壁厚检测,依靠人工调参,存在调节滞后、精度差、成材率低、人力依赖大等短板。本文研究连轧荒管壁厚实时闭环反馈控制技术,搭建一体化工艺模型,整合壁厚偏差在线诊断、辊缝自适应调控、转速动态优化、模型即时修正等功能。该技术填补国内连轧管壁厚实时闭环控制领域技术空白,为无缝钢管产线智能升级、高端管材提质增效提供国产化成熟方案。

Abstract

Seamless steel pipes are widely used in oil and gas transportation, marine engineering, mechanical manufacturing, and infrastructure industries, where wall thickness accuracy is critical to quality, safety, and service life. Most domestic continuous tube mills are equipped with offline wall thickness inspection systems, relying on manual parameter adjustments, which suffer from issues such as delayed regulation, poor accuracy, low material yield, and heavy reliance on manpower. This study explores real-time closed-loop feedback control technology for hot-rolled blank pipe wall thickness, establishing an integrated process model that incorporates functions like online wall thickness deviation diagnosis, roll gap adaptive adjustment, rotational speed dynamic optimization, and model instant correction. This technology fills the domestic gap in real-time closed-loop control for continuous tube wall thickness, providing a mature localized solution for intelligent upgrading of seamless steel pipe production lines and quality improvement of high-end pipe materials.
