摘要

秦山三期核电站装卸料机推杆电位计组件暂无专用检测设备,传统方式检测精度低,也无法同步校验组件性能。为此,本文研制出一款集成多通道电阻采集、电压监测、扭矩检测与变频驱动的综合测试装置。设备采用模块化硬件架构,搭配恒流源激励与高精度AD采样技术,可精准测量电阻、电压、扭矩,全量程相对误差不超0.1%。现场应用证实,该装置可模拟实际工况,同步完成三类推杆组件的机电一体化检测,填补了专项检测空白,有效提升检修质效,为机组安全稳定运行筑牢基础。

Abstract

There are currently no dedicated testing devices for the push rod potentiometer components of the Qinshan Phase III nuclear power plant’s loading and unloading machine. Traditional testing methods are not very accurate and can’t simultaneously verify component performance. To tackle this, we developed an integrated testing device that combines multi-channel resistance acquisition, voltage monitoring, torque detection, and variable frequency drive. The device uses a modular hardware setup along with constant current excitation and high-precision AD sampling technology, allowing precise measurement of resistance, voltage, and torque, with full-scale relative error under 0.1%. Field tests showed that the device can simulate real working conditions and perform integrated electromechanical testing on three types of push rod components at the same time. It fills a gap in specialized testing, significantly improves maintenance quality and efficiency, and helps ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
