摘要

汽轮机油污染易引发火电机组轴承磨损、调速卡涩、异常振动,本文分析四类污染物成因与危害,并从四方面制定分级控污方案。结合燃煤机组实际的油系统污染故障开展验证,结果显示,一体化的综合治理方案能够有效降低汽轮机润滑油的颗粒度和含水量,对油品的氧化劣化起到抑制作用,使机组运行的参数保持稳定。这项研究能够为火电厂汽轮机油系统的运维以及污染治理提供可行的工程方面的参考。

Abstract

Turbo oil contamination can readily lead to bearing wear, speed regulation difficulties, and abnormal vibrations in thermal power units. This paper analyzes the causes and hazards of four types of contaminants and develops a tiered pollution control strategy from four perspectives. Validation studies conducted using actual oil system contamination failures in coal-fired units demonstrated that the integrated comprehensive management approach effectively reduces particle size and water content in turbine lubricating oil, inhibits oxidative degradation of the oil, and maintains stable operational parameters of the unit. This research provides actionable engineering references for the operation, maintenance, and pollution control of turbine oil systems in thermal power plants.
