摘要

在新型电力系统加快构建、高比例新能源大规模并网的背景下,电网调峰调频、备用支撑与新能源消纳需求急剧攀升,传统煤电机组由基荷电源向灵活性调节型支撑电源深度转型。针对煤电机组普遍存在的低负荷稳燃能力弱、多能协同调度缺失、热电解耦受限、市场化运营能力不足等行业共性难题,华电龙口发电有限公司以四期2×660MW高效超超临界热电联产机组为依托,开展煤电机组多能协同调节与市场化运营能力提升创新实践。项目研发新型中心富燃料燃烧器、快速变负荷汽温优化控制、真空热管烟气余热深度利用等关键技术,创新融合汽电双驱与“蝶中蝶”切缸热电解耦技术,配套高温电极锅炉市场化增效系统,构建“灵活调节技术+多源协同控制+市场智能运营”三位一体全链条解决方案。工程应用表明,机组实现20% BMCR无助燃超低负荷稳燃,50%负荷以上变负荷速率达15 MW/min,可在电力现货市场负电价时段实现深度调峰与能源保供、经济效益多重共赢。经中国电力企业联合会鉴定,项目整体技术达到国际先进水平;科技查新证实核心技术具有新颖性。项目已形成可复制、可推广的“龙口方案”,为煤电灵活性改造与市场化转型提供重要示范。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of accelerated development of new power systems and large-scale integration of high-proportion renewable energy, demands for grid peak shaving, frequency regulation, backup support, and renewable energy integration have surged dramatically. Traditional coal-fired power units are undergoing a profound transformation from base-load power sources to flexible regulatory support facilities. Addressing industry-wide challenges—including weak low-load combustion stability, lack of multi-energy coordinated dispatching, limited thermal-electric decoupling, and insufficient market-oriented operational capabilities— Huadian Longkou Power Generation Co., Ltd. has pioneered innovative practices for enhancing multi-energy coordinated regulation and market-oriented operations using its Phase IV 2×660 MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical combined heat and power units. The project developed key technologies such as novel central rich-fuel burners, rapid load-changing steam temperature optimization control, and advanced vacuum heat pipe flue gas waste heat utilization. It innovatively integrated dual-drive steam-power systems with "butterfly-in-butterfly" cylinder-cutting thermal-electric decoupling technology, complemented by market-oriented efficiency-enhancement systems for high-temperature electrode boilers, forming a comprehensive solution combining flexible regulation technology, multi-source coordinated control, and intelligent market-driven operations. Engineering applications demonstrated that the units achieve ultra-low-load combustion stability at 20% BMCR without additional fuel injection, maintain variable load response rates up to 15 MW/min above 50% load, and deliver deep peak shaving, energy supply assurance, and multiple economic benefits during negative pricing periods in electricity spot markets. Certified by the China Electricity Council, the project's overall technology meets international advanced standards, with technological novelty verified through independent assessments. The project has established a replicable and scalable "Longkou Solution," serving as a pivotal demonstration for coal power flexibility upgrades and market-oriented transformation.
