复杂工况下调流调压阀失效机理分析与技术改造实践
Failure Mechanism Analysis and Technical Transformation Practice of Flow and Pressure Regulating Valve under Complex Working Conditions
调流调压阀是敦煌沙枣墩水厂进入市政管网的唯一控压阀门,保障长距离输水管网安全、实现恒压供水的关键设备。本文结合敦煌祁连水务沙枣墩水厂管网调流调压阀频繁失效的工程实例,系统梳理了该阀门在运行过程中出现的传动机构断裂、密封失效及无法闭环控制等典型故障。通过对故障部件的形貌分析及运行数据的复盘,深入剖析了原阀门在水力设计、材质选型及执行机构匹配上的先天不足。基于此,提出了“量身定制、源头优选”的技改思路,详细阐述了考察筛选优质供应商的过程,并最终通过更换高性能特种阀门彻底解决了管网超压爆管隐患。本研究为类似复杂工况下的特种阀门选型与维护提供了参考。
The flow and pressure regulating valve is the only pressure control valve connecting the Dunhuang Shazaodun Water Plant to the municipal pipe network, serving as a crucial device for ensuring the safety of long-distance water supply pipelines and achieving constant pressure water supply. This article, based on the engineering case of frequent failures of the flow and pressure regulating valve in the pipe network of the Qilian Water Service Shazaodun Water Plant in Dunhuang, systematically reviews typical faults such as transmission mechanism fracture, seal failure, and inability to achieve closed-loop control that occur during the valve’s operation. Through morphological analysis of the failed components and review of operational data, the inherent deficiencies of the original valve in hydraulic design, material selection, and actuator matching are deeply analyzed. Based on this, a technical improvement approach of “tailored customization and source optimization” is proposed, and the process of investigating and selecting high-quality suppliers is elaborated. Ultimately, the replacement of high-performance special valves completely resolved the hidden dangers of overpressure and pipe bursting in the pipe network. This study provides a reference for the selection and maintenance of special valves under similar complex working conditions.
