基于双符合性验证的施工变更信息失真管控研究

Research on Controlling Information Distortion in Construction Changes Based on Dual Compliance Verification

摘要

建筑工程施工工况复杂，建设周期偏长，施工变更属于工程建设进程中较为常见的内容，信息质量直接关系项目整体质量、进度与成本管控效果。施工变更信息流转环节普遍存在信息失真现象，容易引发工序返工、结算争议、施工偏差等各类管控问题，主要原因集中在信息核验体系不够健全、流转环节管理不够规范层面。相关研究能够为施工变更信息精细化管理、规避信息失真带来的各类风险，提供相应理论支撑与实践应用参考。

Abstract

Construction works is complex in working environment and long in time, it’s often changed during work. Information has an effect on the quality of the project as well as its progress and ability to keep costs within limits. But information distortion commonly appears while circulating construction modification data which would cause problems like rework, dispute over settlements, deviation in building. And so on are mainly due to insufficient info checking systems together with lackluster administration procedures concerning info. Related study gives out some theory basis and examples which can be followed on how to do better managing of construction change info and also dealing with danger connected with bad information.
