摘要

为进一步提升铁路计量管理，本文从新时期视角下，讨论了计量器具在铁路货车检修生产中的应用和科学的计量管理运用对策。根据铁路行业计量管理工作开展要求，从质量控制、原材料卡控、生产效率、安全保证等多个方面出发，阐述了计量管理在铁路货车检修中的重要性，使得计量管理更加具象化。关于计量管理在铁路货车检修生产中的应用与优化策略的讨论，对计量设备更新、人员培训、制度落实、信息化管理等工作的开展，提出优化策略。

Abstract

To further enhance railway metrology management, this paper discusses the application of measuring instruments in the maintenance production of railway freight cars and proposes scientific approaches for implementing metrology management from the perspective of the new era. In accordance with the requirements for metrology management within the railway industry, this paper elaborates on the significance of metrology management in railway freight car maintenance across multiple dimensions—including quality control, raw material tracking, production efficiency, and safety assurance—thereby making the concept of metrology management more concrete. The discussion on the application and optimization strategies for metrology management in railway freight car maintenance production provides actionable recommendations for optimizing initiatives such as the upgrading of measuring equipment, personnel training, institutional implementation, and digitalized management.
