基于PDA无线移动心电监护系统在妇科患者报警管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of PDA-Based Wireless Mobile ECG Monitoring System in Alarm Management for Gynecological Patients

摘要

目的：探讨基于移动护理终端设备（PDA）的无线移动心电监护系统在妇科患者心电监护报警管理中的应用效果，为优化临床报警管理流程、提高护理安全水平提供依据。方法：采用前后对照研究方法，选取2024年10月至2025年9月在妇科住院期间接受多参数心电监护的患者作为研究对象。系统应用前采用传统床旁心电监护报警管理模式，系统应用后采用“心电监护仪—数据服务器—PDA移动终端”的无线报警信息传输模式。比较系统应用前后患者心电监护期间报警总次数、误报警率、报警有效应答率及报警管理规范执行情况。结果：应用PDA无线移动心电监护系统后，患者心电监护报警总次数由731次下降至213次，误报警次数由584次下降至75次，误报警率由79.9%下降至35.2%；报警有效应答次数分别为302次和163次，有效应答率由41.3%提高至76.5%，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.001）。系统应用后，护士心电监护报警管理规范执行评分较应用前提高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：基于PDA无线移动心电监护系统能够减少妇科患者心电监护无效报警，提高护理人员对有效报警的识别及应答能力，规范报警管理流程，对提升患者监护安全水平具有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the application effect of a wireless mobile electrocardiographic monitoring system based on handheld nursing terminal devices (PDA) in alarm management for gynecological patients, providing evidence for optimizing clinical alarm management processes and improving nursing safety. Methods: A pre-post comparative study was conducted, enrolling patients admitted to the gynecology department from October 2024 to September 2025 who received multi-parameter electrocardiographic monitoring. Before system implementation, traditional bedside electrocardiographic alarm management was used; after implementation, a wireless alarm information transmission model involving "ECG monitor—data server—PDA mobile terminal" was adopted. The total number of alarms during monitoring, false alarm rate, effective alarm response rate, and compliance with alarm management protocols were compared before and after system use. Results: After implementing the PDA-based wireless mobile ECG monitoring system, the total number of alarms decreased from 731 to 213, and false alarms dropped from 584 to 75, reducing the false alarm rate from 79.9% to 35.2%. Effective alarm responses increased from 302 to 163, raising the effective response rate from 41.3% to 76.5%, all differences being statistically significant (P < 0.001). Nurses' compliance scores with alarm management protocols improved significantly after system implementation (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The PDA-based wireless mobile ECG monitoring system effectively reduces ineffective alarms in gynecological patients, enhances nurses’ ability to identify and respond to valid alarms, standardizes alarm management procedures, and contributes positively to improving patient monitoring safety.
