摘要
水利水电工程是国家防洪安全、水资源调配、清洁能源供给的核心基础设施,而软土地基是我国沿江、沿海、湖泊平原区水利工程建设中面临的最常见工程地质难题之一。软土具有高含水率、高压缩性、低抗剪强度、强流变性与触变性等不良工程特性,若处理不当,极易引发地基不均匀沉降、结构开裂、坝坡失稳、渗流破坏等工程事故,严重威胁工程建设与运行安全。基于此,本文系统梳理水利水电工程软土地基处理的核心技术与应用效果,明确不同技术的适用边界与质量控制要点,对保障水利水电工程建设质量与长期运行安全具有重要的工程实践意义。
Abstract
Hydropower and water conservancy projects are the core infrastructure for national flood control safety, water resource allocation, and clean energy supply. Soft soil foundation is one of the most common engineering geological problems encountered in the construction of water conservancy projects along rivers, coasts, and lake plains in China. Soft soil has adverse engineering characteristics such as high water content, high compressibility, low shear strength, strong rheological properties, and thixotropy. If not handled properly, it can easily cause uneven foundation settlement, structural cracking, dam slope instability, seepage damage and other engineering accidents, seriously threatening the safety of construction and operation. Based on this, this paper systematically reviews the core technologies and application effects of soft soil foundation treatment in hydropower and water conservancy projects, clarifies the applicable boundaries and quality control points of different technologies, and has important engineering practical significance for ensuring the quality and long-term operation safety of hydropower and water conservancy projects.
