山区公路项目预制梁施工成本控制与优化策略研究

Research on Cost Control and Optimization Strategies for Prefabricated Beam Construction in Mountainous Highway Projects

摘要

成本控制是工程项目管理的核心，直接影响企业经济效益与市场竞争力。本文以昭苏至温宿公路ZW-3标段为例，成本控制过程中，严格遵循现行公路工程规范标准，从前期策划、过程控制、合同与风险管理三个维度，探讨预制梁施工的成本控制与优化策略，构建全过程精细化成本管控体系，经实践验证，项目预制梁施工成本较计划降低6.2%，累计节约成本约172万元，本文为类似山区公路项目预制梁施工成本管理提供实践参考与技术支撑。

Abstract

Cost control is the core of engineering project management, which directly affects the economic benefits and market competitiveness of enterprises. This article takes the ZW-3 section of the Zhaosu Wensu Highway as an example. In the process of cost control, the current highway engineering specifications and standards are strictly followed. From the dimensions of early planning, process control, and contract and risk management, the cost control and optimization strategies for prefabricated beam construction are explored, and a refined cost control system is constructed throughout the process. Through practical verification, the construction cost of prefabricated beams in the project has been reduced by 6.2% compared to the plan, with a cumulative cost savings of about 1.72 million yuan. This article provides practical reference and technical support for the cost management of prefabricated beam construction in similar mountainous highway projects.
