电力工程建设规模大、技术复杂,其安全风险管控至关重要。当前工程中存在作业环境多变、设备材料隐患多、人员操作不规范及管理流程漏洞等安全风险。为提升安全水平,需从四方面优化管控策略:通过多维动态评估实现风险识别精准化;利用智能监测与预警技术构建技术防控体系;建立全链条责任分解与闭环整改机制;加强分级培训与实操考核提升人员能力。实施这些策略可有效降低事故发生率,推动电力工程建设安全管理向系统化、智能化方向发展。
Power engineering projects are characterized by large-scale construction and complex technologies, making safety risk management critically important. Current projects face multiple safety challenges including variable working environments, potential hazards in equipment/materials, non-standardized operational practices, and loopholes in management processes. To enhance safety standards, four key strategies should be optimized: implementing multidimensional dynamic risk assessment for precise identification; establishing technical prevention systems through intelligent monitoring and early warning technologies; creating comprehensive responsibility allocation mechanisms with closed-loop rectification processes; and strengthening competency development through tiered training programs and practical skill evaluations. These measures can effectively reduce accident rates and drive the advancement of power engineering safety management toward systematic and intelligent approaches.
