摘要
港口门座式起重机作为港口货物装卸、转运的核心重型设备,现阶段,港口门座式起重机面临高负荷、高频率、恶劣工况的长期考验,电气故障频发不仅会导致设备停机、影响港口作业效率,更可能引发安全事故。因此做好电气故障分析和防控工作尤为关键。优化电气系统设计,开展预测性防护,从源头控制故障的发展,保障港口门座式起重机的安全使用。在本文的研究工作中,系统分析了起升机构、变幅机构、旋转机构、行走机构及电源系统等五大类电气故障的典型特征,提出几点有效的防控对策,以供相关人员参考。
Abstract
As core heavy-duty equipment for port cargo handling and transshipment, gantry cranes currently face prolonged challenges of high load capacity, frequent operational cycles, and harsh working conditions. Recurrent electrical failures not only cause equipment downtime and reduced port efficiency but may also lead to safety incidents. Therefore, conducting thorough electrical fault analysis and preventive measures is crucial. Optimizing electrical system design and implementing predictive maintenance strategies can effectively control fault progression at the source, ensuring safe crane operation. This study systematically analyzes typical characteristics of five major electrical fault categories—including hoisting mechanisms, luffing mechanisms, rotating mechanisms, traveling mechanisms, and power supply systems—and proposes practical preventive countermeasures for industry professionals.
