化工企业生产现场职业危害因素检测与防控措施研究

化工企业生产现场职业危害因素复杂,构建系统的检测与防控体系至关重要。本文在识别化学性、物理性及生物性危害因素的基础上,探讨了现场快速检测与实验室检测技术的应用要点。通过暴露浓度与接触限值的比较,运用风险分级方法实现危害等级的精准判定。围绕工程控制,阐述了工艺改进、密闭化自动化、通风排毒与降噪隔振等措施,并明确个体防护装备的选型原则。基于检测数据对比、健康监护与体系运行评估,提出防控效果验证与持续优化的闭环管理路径,旨在为提升化工企业职业卫生管理水平提供参考。
Chemical enterprises face complex occupational hazard factors in production environments, making it crucial to establish systematic detection and prevention systems. Based on identifying chemical, physical, and biological hazards, this study explores key application strategies for on-site rapid testing and laboratory analysis technologies. By comparing exposure concentrations with occupational exposure limits and employing risk classification methods, precise hazard level assessment is achieved. Focusing on engineering controls, the paper outlines process optimization, enclosed automation systems, ventilation detoxification, and noise/ vibration isolation measures, while clarifying selection principles for personal protective equipment. Through comparative analysis of detection data, health monitoring, and system performance evaluation, a closed-loop management approach for efficacy validation and continuous improvement is proposed, aiming to provide actionable insights for enhancing occupational health management standards in chemical industries.
