摘要
混凝土结构在服役期间,由于环境侵蚀、荷载作用以及材料老化等原因,表面裂缝很容易出现,裂缝的存在会造成结构整体性受到破坏,从而加重内部钢筋锈蚀和材料劣化,缩短结构的服役寿命。裂缝修补材料是修补结构缺陷、保证结构耐久性的重要材料,它的性能稳定直接影响到修复工程的效果。通过对混凝土表面裂缝成因和分类特征进行梳理,分析常用的修复材料种类、性能以及作用机理,找出影响修复材料耐久性的关键因素,设计科学合理的耐久性试验方案,对力学性能和耐久性能进行测试,分析材料性能退化规律,根据试验结果提出有针对性的应用改进措施,为混凝土表面裂缝修复工程材料选择、配比优化和施工控制提供技术支持,解决目前混凝土表面裂缝修复材料耐久性差、修复效果短期失效的问题。
Abstract
During service life, concrete structures are prone to surface cracking due to environmental erosion, load effects, and material aging. The presence of cracks compromises structural integrity, exacerbates internal reinforcement corrosion and material degradation, and shortens service life. Crack repair materials serve as critical components for defect remediation and durability assurance, with their performance stability directly impacting repair outcomes. This study systematically investigates the etiology and classification characteristics of concrete surface cracks, analyzes commonly used repair materials including their properties and mechanisms of action, identifies key factors affecting material durability, and designs scientifically validated durability testing protocols. Through mechanical property evaluations and durability performance assessments, degradation patterns are systematically analyzed. Targeted application improvement measures are proposed based on experimental results to provide technical support for material selection, mix optimization, and construction control in concrete surface crack repair projects. These efforts aim to address persistent challenges such as inadequate material durability and short-term repair effectiveness in current crack repair solutions.
