浅论农村集体经济财务管理中存在问题及对策

摘要

为有效解决农村集体经济财务管理中存在的问题，加强农村集体经济财务管理，提高农村集体经济财务管理质量，本文从农村集体资产、农村基层治理和农村资金使用率三个维度，概要性论述农村集体经济财务管理的意义；从财务管理规范化、财务管理信息化和财务管理流程化三个方面，分析农村集体经济财务管理的原则；从建设高质量财务人员队伍、加强财务管理信息化建设、标准化监督与主体化参与、完善农村财务管理制度和规范化农村财务资产管理，提出农村集体经济财务管理问题的对策。
