代际传承背景下宁波专精特新企业战略分化困境及破解策略研究

Research on the strategic differentiation dilemma and solution strategy of specialized, refined, new enterprises in Ningbo under the background of intergenerational inheritance

摘要

在代际传承背景下，宁波专精特新企业在战略分化过程中面临多重困境:一是治理结构断层，两代人管理理念冲突导致决策效率下降，二是资源匹配失衡，研发投入连续性受高管变动影响；三是政策适配不足，现有培育政策对传承期企业的特殊需求覆盖有限。针对上述问题，本研究从家族、企业和政策等多层面分析战略分化的困境，并着眼于战略协同、战略扩散、战略转向和政策适应等策略，提出不同的实现路径。研究结论为家族企业顺利传承和专精特新企业战略选择提出解决方案，为政策制定提出理论依据。

Abstract

In the context of intergenerational succession, Ningbo’s specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises face multiple challenges during their strategic differentiation: first, a disconnect in governance structures, where conflicts between two generations’ management philosophies lead to reduced decision-making efficiency; second, imbalanced resource allocation, with R&D investment continuity affected by executive changes; third, insufficient policy adaptation, as existing support policies offer limited coverage for the special needs of companies in the succession period.
