摘要

新质生产力基本内涵有三个方面：技术性、伦理性、权利性。国家的成功要依靠传统生产力，更要依靠新质生产力。中国新质生产力最具核心内涵的是社会主义政治制度和经济制度，这是新质生产力国家能够取得空前成功的因果逻辑。

Abstract

The basic connotation of new quality productive forces consists of three aspects: technicality, ethics, and rights. The success of a country depends not only on traditional productive forces but also on new quality productive forces. The most core connotation of China’s new quality productive forces lies in the socialist political system and economic system, which is the causal logic behind the unprecedented success of the new quality productive forces country.
