摘要

本研究聚焦“十五五”时期河南省人口结构变化对经济社会的影响。通过系统分析人口结构的老龄化进程加速、城镇化水平提升、劳动力素质与规模动态调整等多维变迁特征，揭示其对劳动力供给、消费需求转型、产业布局调整等等经济发展形成系统性影响。针对这些影响，提出了相应的政策建议，以促进河南经济的可持续发展。

Abstract

This study focuses on the impact of population structure changes in Henan Province during the 15th Five-Year Plan period on the socio-economic landscape. By systematically analyzing the accelerated aging process, increased urbanization levels, and dynamic adjustments in labor quality and scale, the study reveals how these changes affect labor supply, shifts in consumer demand, and industrial restructuring, thereby influencing economic development. In response to these impacts, the study proposes policy recommendations aimed at promoting the sustainable development of Henan’s economy.
