新质生产力驱动下跨学科乡村振兴人才培养路径

A cross-disciplinary talent training path for rural revitalization driven by new productivity

摘要

在新时代国家发展的总体战略布局中，乡村振兴占据着至关重要的核心地位，是不可或缺的一环。而新质生产力，作为科技创新驱动下的先进生产力典范与引领者，其对乡村振兴所发挥的积极推动作用，更是显得尤为突出且不容忽视。通过系统的文献综述与严谨的实证分析等科学方法，对一系列具有前瞻性的战略进行了深入的探索并提出了以新质生产力为战略核心，从多维度构建高端人才培养体系，促进学科交叉融合，旨在优化乡村要素结构，推动乡村产业转型升级，注重科学技术在乡村振兴中的赋能作用，凝聚政府、企业、高校等多元主体的合力，共同促进新质生产力的发展。

Abstract

Within the overarching strategic framework of national development in the new era, rural revitalization holds a pivotal position as an indispensable component. As a model and pioneer of advanced productive forces driven by technological innovation, new-quality productive forces demonstrate particularly significant and indispensable contributions to rural revitalization. Through systematic literature review and rigorous empirical analysis, this study explores forward-looking strategies and proposes a multi-dimensional approach centered on new-quality productive forces. This includes cultivating high-end talent systems, promoting interdisciplinary integration, optimizing rural factor structures, driving industrial transformation and upgrading, emphasizing technology-driven empowerment in rural revitalization, and consolidating collaborative efforts among government agencies, enterprises, and universities to jointly advance the development of new-quality productive forces.
