煤矿基层文化建设创建优秀政工团队的分析

Analysis of Creating Excellent Political Work Teams for Grassroots Cultural Construction in Coal Mines

摘要

煤矿基层文化建设推动了企业安全、高效与和谐的发展，如今，创建一支高素质的政工团队早已成为基层文化落地生根的关键支撑，对于提升煤矿企业核心竞争力来说也具有基础性与引领性作用。政工团队建设作为煤矿基层文化建设中凝聚人心、引领思想的重要一环，将科学的管理与教育方法应用到团队建设当中，已经显示出其不可替代的价值。本文基于煤矿基层文化建设的视角，主要就创建优秀政工团队存在的问题进行分析，并提出相应的改进策略，以供参考。

Abstract

The construction of grassroots culture in coal mines has promoted the safe, efficient, and harmonious development of enterprises. Nowadays, creating a high-quality political work team has become a key support for the rooting of grassroots culture, and it also plays a fundamental and leading role in enhancing the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises.
