摘要

本文深入探讨了招商工业海门基地采购部通过推行“穿透式”供应链管理，在重要设备采购方面取得显著成效，有效排除了风险，并显著缩短了采购周期。通过分析供应链管理的关键环节和实施策略，结合具体案例，展示了“穿透式”管理在提升供应链透明度、优化资源配置、降低采购成本及提高采购效率方面的积极作用。

Abstract

This paper delves into how the Procurement Department of CIMC Haimen Base achieved remarkable results in the procurement of critical equipment by implementing a “penetrative” supply chain management approach. It effectively mitigated risks and significantly shortened procurement cycles. By analyzing key aspects and implementation strategies of supply chain management, combined with specific case studies, the paper demonstrates the positive role of “penetrative” management in enhancing supply chain transparency, optimizing resource allocation, reducing procurement costs, and improving procurement efficiency.
