秦皇岛市美术馆资源服务银发群体的创新模式研究

Research on Innovative Models of Qinhuangdao Art Museum Serving the Elderly

摘要

随着我国人口老龄化进程加快，如何让美术馆等公共文化资源更好地服务银发群体，已成为公共文化服务领域的重要课题。本文以秦皇岛市为研究对象，分析银发群体的文化需求特征与参与障碍，梳理国内外美术馆服务老年人的创新实践，诊断秦皇岛美术馆资源在服务银发群体方面存在的场馆缺位、理念滞后、资源闲置与协同不足等问题。在此基础上，提出“空间在场—内容适老—代际共创—机制协同”四位一体的创新模式框架，旨在为秦皇岛及类似城市的美术馆适老化服务改革提供参考。

Abstract

With the acceleration of population aging in China, how to make public cultural resources such as art museums better serve the elderly has become an important topic in the field of public cultural services. This paper takes Qinhuangdao City as the research object, analyzes the cultural demand characteristics and participation barriers of the elderly, reviews innovative practices of art museums serving older adults both domestically and internationally, and diagnoses the issues in Qinhuangdao museums in serving the elderly, including gaps in facilities, outdated concepts, idle resources, and insufficient collaboration. Based on this, a four-in-one innovative model framework of ‘presence of space—age-appropriate content—intergenerational co-creation—mechanism coordination’ is proposed, aiming to provide a reference for the reform of age-appropriate services in art museums in Qinhuangdao and similar cities.
