摘要

企业的发展离不开人才这一坚实基础的支撑,电网企业也同样如此。新时期,我国电网建设逐渐呈现出了智能化发展趋势,在此背景下,大批新型电力系统的建设项目被提上日程,旨在适应智慧城市建设,并满足社会各界对电能供应服务提出的高质量需求。此时对于电网企业而言,要想适配新型电力系统的建设和运行,有必要加快构建全新的人才队伍,发挥人才对电网企业、电力行业整体转型和升级的服务效能。文章以此为背景,聚焦新型电力系统,探讨了电网人才队伍建设路径,以供参考。

Abstract

The development of enterprises relies on a solid foundation of talent, and this holds true for power grid companies as well. In the new era, China’s power grid construction has increasingly embraced intelligent development trends. Against this backdrop, numerous projects for new-type power systems have been prioritized to support smart city initiatives and meet society’s high-quality demands for electricity supply services. For power grid enterprises, adapting to the construction and operation of these new power systems necessitates accelerating the development of a modern talent pool to leverage their role in driving the overall transformation and upgrading of both the enterprises and the power industry. Against this backdrop, this article focuses on the new-type power system and explores pathways for building a robust talent workforce, providing insights for reference.
