摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展以及人们对食品安全问题的日益重视,农药残留已成为影响农产品质量和食品安全的关键因素。传统的农药残留检测方法存在检测周期长、操作复杂且灵敏度有限等问题,难以满足现代社会对食品安全快速检测的需求。太赫兹检测技术作为一种新兴的非破坏性检测手段,凭借其独特的优势和广泛的应用前景,逐渐成为农药残留检测领域的研究热点。详细阐述了太赫兹检测技术的基本原理、特点及其在农药残留检测中的应用研究进展,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy and people’s increasing attention to food safety, pesticide residues have become a key factor affecting the quality and food safety of agricultural products. Traditional pesticide residue detection methods have problems such as long detection cycle, complex operation and limited sensitivity, which are difficult to meet the needs of modern society for rapid detection of food safety. As an emerging non-destructive detection method, terahertz detection technology has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of pesticide residue detection due to its unique advantages and wide application prospects. In this paper, the basic principles and characteristics of terahertz detection technology and its application in the detection of pesticide residues are elaborated in detail, and its future development trend is prospected.
