摘要

本研究着重分析了3D打印技术在民航机务维修领域中的应用现状及潜在优势。通过对比传统维修方法与3D打印技术的差别,研究表明3D打印能显著缩短备件的制造与更换时间,降低维修成本,并有助于复杂构件的维修。实证分析部分,采用了案例研究方法,深入探讨了3D打印技术在飞机发动机部件、机舱内部构件及特定维修工具制造中的应用效果。结果显示,3D打印技术不仅提高了维修效率和可靠性,还通过优化设计降低了飞机的整体重量。研究最后指出,尽管存在技术和成本效益等挑战,但3D打印技术的进一步推广将为民航维修行业带来革命性的影响。

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the application status and potential advantages of 3D printing technology in the field of civil aviation maintenance. By comparing the differences between traditional maintenance methods and 3D printing technology, the research shows that 3D printing can significantly shorten the manufacturing and replacement time of spare parts, reduce maintenance costs, and help repair complex components. In the empirical analysis part, the case study method is adopted to deeply explore the application effect of 3D printing technology in the manufacturing of aircraft engine parts, cabin internals and specific maintenance tools. The results show that 3D printing technology not only improves maintenance efficiency and reliability, but also reduces the overall weight of the aircraft through optimized design. The study concludes that despite the technical and cost-effectiveness challenges, the further promotion of 3D printing technology will have a revolutionary impact on the civil aviation maintenance industry.
