摘要

随着制造业对于高精度、精确性与绿色机器设备的需求不断增加,作为重要的工艺制造设备之一的立式电动拉床的设计改型对其结构整体性能的提升尤为重要。特别是对于精细工艺生产和高度自动化的生产环节,立式电动拉床更是发挥着十分重要的作用。但是现有的立式电动拉床存在稳定性差、能耗大、加工精度不高等问题,因而无法发挥立式电动拉床在现代化工业中的重要作用,因此在高精度的加工条件下如何提升设备的性能和降低设备能耗是当前亟需解决的问题。

Abstract

With the increasing demand for high precision, accuracy, and green machine equipment in the manufacturing industry, the design and modification of the vertical electric lathe, as one of the important process manufacturing equipment, is particularly important for improving its overall structural performance. Especially for fine craftsmanship production and highly automated production processes, vertical electric lathes play a very important role. However, the existing vertical electric lathe has problems such as poor stability, high energy consumption, and low processing accuracy, which cannot fully play the important role of vertical electric lathe in modern industry. Therefore, how to improve equipment performance and reduce equipment energy consumption under high-precision processing conditions is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.
