叉车驱动轮安装螺母松动原因及对策
Reasons and countermeasures for loose nuts of forklift drive wheels
叉车驱动轮是叉车传递动力、承受载荷并实现制动的核心部件。某型叉车驱动轮安装螺栓结构由原先的双头螺栓切换为单头矫制螺栓后,在试车环节反馈,部分车辆在满载试车跑合阶段,驱动轮安装螺母存在不同程度的力矩衰减,一旦螺母脱落造成轮胎脱落,将对用户使用带来极大的安全隐患。针对存在问题,从安装工艺角度进行全流程排查,找到了导致力矩衰减的原因,据此提出了完善的过程控制措施。后续跟踪验证结果显示,问题得到圆满解决,保障了产品的出厂安全与质量稳定。
The drive wheel is the core component of forklifts for power transmission, load-bearing, and braking. During trial runs, feedback indicated that some vehicles experienced varying degrees of torque decay in drive wheel nuts during full-load trial operation. If the nuts detach, it could cause tire detachment, posing significant safety hazards to users. To address this issue, we conducted a comprehensive process analysis from the installation perspective, identified the root cause of torque decay, and proposed optimized process control measures. Subsequent follow-up verification confirmed the problem was fully resolved, ensuring product safety and quality stability during factory release.
