高校供暖系统分时分温控制节能技术深入研究
In-depth research on energy-saving technology of time-sharing and temperature-dividing control for heating systems in universities
针对西北地区冬季严寒气候下高校供暖能耗高、供需不匹配等问题,本文以兰州地区高校为研究对象,提出基于物联网技术的分时分温智能供暖控制系统。通过构建“气象补偿-分时分区-末端反馈”三级联动调控模型,结合兰州远大至成科技有限公司研发的分布式温控终端与云平台管理系统,实现了供暖系统的动态优化运行。实际应用表明,该系统可使高校供暖能耗降低22%-28%,室温合格率提升至95%以上,投资回收期缩短至4年,为西北地区高校绿色供暖改造提供了可复制的技术方案。
In response to the issues of high heating energy consumption and mismatch between supply and demand in universities located in the severe cold climate of the northwest region during winter, this paper takes universities in the Lanzhou area as the research object and proposes an intelligent heating control system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology, featuring time-based temperature differentiation. By constructing a three-level linkage regulation model of “meteorological compensation - time-based zoning - terminal feedback”, combined with the distributed temperature control terminal and cloud platform management system developed by Lanzhou Yuanda Zhicheng Technology Co., Ltd., dynamic optimization of the heating system operation is achieved. Practical application shows that this system can reduce heating energy consumption in universities by 22%-28%, increase the room temperature qualification rate to over 95%, and shorten the investment recovery period to 4 years, providing a replicable technical solution for the green heating renovation of universities in the northwest region.
