摘要
减速机作为机械传动系统中的关键部件,其制造质量直接影响设备运行的安全性与稳定性。为提升减速机的整体性能,本文围绕制造过程中的质量控制措施进行探讨。首先综述了减速机制造过程的主要环节,分析各阶段可能产生的质量问题。其次,针对原材料采购、加工工艺、装配测试等环节,梳理了常见的质量控制措施,并提出了相应的优化建议。研究结果显示,强化过程监控、完善检测手段及标准化操作流程,有助于显著提升减速机的成品率和可靠性。该研究对推动减速机制造企业提升质量管理水平具有重要的实践意义。
Abstract
As a critical component in mechanical transmission systems, the manufacturing quality of gearboxes directly impacts equipment safety and operational stability. To enhance overall gearbox performance, this study explores quality control measures during production. First, it outlines key manufacturing stages and analyzes potential quality issues at each phase. Second, it systematically addresses common quality control challenges in raw material procurement, processing techniques, and assembly testing, proposing corresponding optimization strategies. The research demonstrates that enhanced process monitoring, improved inspection methods, and standardized operational procedures significantly improve gearbox yield and reliability. This study holds practical significance for guiding gearbox manufacturers in elevating quality management standards.
