在建盾构隧道文明施工清理车的研究

Research on the Civilized Construction and Cleaning Vehicle for Shield Tunnels under Construction

摘要

各城市轨道交通建设地铁区间主要采用盾构法施工，普遍使用土压平衡式盾构，配套采用有轨水平运输。盾构机在掘进施工过程中会产生大量泥渣掉落在隧道内，如果不及时清理会在轨行区堆积，导致隧道内环境脏乱差，严重时影响电瓶车正常运输，造成安全隐患。

Abstract

The construction of subway sections in urban rail transit mainly adopts the shield tunneling method, commonly using earth pressure balance shields, accompanied by rail-based horizontal transportation. During the excavation process, the shield machine generates a large amount of slurry deposits inside the tunnel. If not cleaned in a timely manner, these deposits will accumulate in the track area, resulting in a dirty and messy tunnel environment, and in severe cases, affecting the normal transportation of electric vehicles, creating safety hazards.
